Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Hardeeville-I-95

The staff of this hotel has been awesome Katrina and her husband have been excellent. I recently had surgery and they have been beyond helpful. I am an advocate of customer service from coast to coast and believed it had been forgotten in Georgia and South Carolina. I specialize in customer service it is what I do to make a living and these two people and their talent is what makes this hotel work.

I live in Florida and before a hurricane I had to make an emergency run to north Carolina, tried to go straight there and home and didn't quite make it. Ended up pulling into this hotel at some unreasonably late hour and they were so kind helping me book their only open room. The morning came and we were up and out the door trying to beat the hurricane home and again the desk staff was so kind, she wished us safe travels (after, rightfully, calling us crazy and showing us the forecast). I couldn't have asked for an easier and more polite experience while dealing with the stressors I had at the time. Thank you guys for being awesome! And to the front desk lady, we didn't quite beat the storm but we did make it home

My room was clean and everything was in order. The freezer was iced over, but I didn't need it anyway. It's not a five-star hotel, but they are okay for the price. There is a need for parking lot pavement, and the pool wasn't available. They did have breakfast in the morning if you cared to go down and get some. I had no complaints about the people or the location. I will be staying there for my next stay because my children are not far away from the hotel. You can get everywhere you need to go within 15 minutes. The price is right since the last place overcharged me for my stay. I didn't have the problems others may have had. I only stayed a couple of days. I appreciated a good clear cignal on the television.

When I first came in was a little wary, but when we met Charles the whole experience change. He was very exceptional in helping us get the right room and making sure we were happy. I have never had such great personal attention like I did here. We travel quite often and are always looking for good value. To me this is a great value. Give it a try they will help you out.

Very nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, & appropriate sized TV’s. The property is quiet so no problem sleeping. Then there’s Sonyandria, the kindest, sweetest, most personable, & most helpful front desk clerk I’ve EVER encountered. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

The lot & hotel was full of obviously working class people, with nice construction vehicles being most. It's not a classy joint, but it was my kinda people. Our 3 nights were QUITE, SAFE & UNEVENTFUL. The breakfast was acceptable, but not great. Housekeeping left a little to be desired, but our room was clean. The overall facility is in need of investment & improvement, but it's far from terrible. For a safe, clean bed for a few nights, it was good. The room was clean & very spacious. We had a king suite & were happy with the hotel overall. I didn't experience anything terrible, but would probably look at another facility when I return.

The staff is excellent.. everyone was soooo friendly…. I was scared to stay here after I read the reviews… we had 3 rooms all rooms were clean , beds were clean and comfy.. the rooms did have a musty smell but we carry disinfectant spray so we sprayed and it was no problem… we stayed on a Friday, we slept peacefully no noises outside or parties… no one outside smoking weed …Katrina was so friendly and helpful, the lady at the front desk was sweet, always had a smile and was also very helpful… last but not least the nighttime maintenance guy he was funny and very helpful, very nice guy…. The breakfast was very good , hot and fresh, lots of choices…. Good job guys

Stopped for a quick overnight. Called to check availability and was very patiently told that there were rooms available but I needed to book online or check in when we got there. We were pleasantly surprised to find a king suite available online and booked without issue. Even more pleasantly surprised to check in with ease when we arrived and to find a well maintained, VERY clean room with a jacuzzi!!! Bed was comfortable, room spacious and staff very pleasant. Breakfast was nice with a variety of selection. Parking lot lit up well for security, in decent area with restaurants/stores nearby. Would happily stay here again if passing through.
